The People Are Sovereign
Government derives its just powers from the consent of the governed. The posterity — the living people — are the principals; government is the servant, not the master.
Awakening the living posterity of the founders to their lawful standing, sovereignty, and inheritance — and equipping them to reclaim it, peacefully and within the law.
The True American Posterity Sovereigns (TAPS) is a Private Membership Association formed to unite present-day American posterity — the living descendants and heirs of the people for whom this nation was established. We hold that the United States and its government were created for the people and their posterity, and that the posterity remains the rightful sovereign.
Through education, research, and open discussion, TAPS helps Americans understand their lawful standing, distinguish it from the legal fictions imposed upon them, and step into their inheritance as free and sovereign people.
TAPS holds that sovereignty in America rests with the people and their posterity. These are the pillars of that conviction.
Government derives its just powers from the consent of the governed. The posterity — the living people — are the principals; government is the servant, not the master.
The blessings of liberty were secured "to ourselves and our posterity." That inheritance belongs to the living heirs today, and it has never been lawfully surrendered.
Understanding the difference between your lawful standing as one of the posterity and the legal fictions imposed upon you is the first step to reclaiming your sovereignty.
Membership in the association connects you with fellow posterity sovereigns, member resources, and the ongoing work of TAPS. Annual membership dues are $100, processed securely through PayPal on the official TAPS membership page.
